We ask that anyone feeling ill or showing signs or any symptoms of Covid 19 or any other illness should not attend the facility and follow NHS guidance.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
We run from School shared car parking facilities, please ensure you arrive in good time for your lesson just in case there is a school event and you need to use road parking.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
Pushchairs, scooters or bikes are not allowed into the premises. They must be left outside of the building.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
On arrival into the building\/before class:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
Only one adult<\/strong> is to accompany each swimmer into the building. We cannot accommodate additional parents or spectators. <\/h4>\n\n\n\n
Please do not eat or bring any food into the premises.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
No one should enter the building more than five\/ten minutes before the start of their swim class. <\/h4>\n\n\n\n
Please head straight into the changing rooms (marked Girls and Boys). <\/h4>\n\n\n\n
Women (Mums) bringing boys must go into the girls changing room and Men (Dads) bringing girls must go into the boys changing room. <\/h4>\n\n\n\n
Parents you must stay on the premises with your children at all times, before and after class to ensure their safety. <\/h4>\n\n\n\n
Toilets: parents must accompany their children to the toilet at all times and ensure it is left flushed and clean for the next user. <\/h4>\n\n\n\n
Swim Nappies and Baby Changing<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
Without exception, all babies\/toddlers who are not completely toilet \/ potty trained, regardless of age, must wear the double swim nappy system.<\/a><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
This is to be used with a proper swim nappy or liner underneath with the neoprene nappy over the top.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
No swimmers will be permitted to swim without this correct nappy system. <\/h4>\n\n\n\n
Our Teachers will check each week to ensure that the correct nappy is being worn and no refund will be issued for the missed lesson. We must protect the cleanliness of our pool. All used nappies must be taken away with you.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
Always change your baby on the floor using a suitable changing mat or towel<\/u><\/strong>, which you must bring with you each week. Do not use the benches in the changing cubicles. This is to prevent babies from rolling onto the floor from high surfaces, which can easily happen. Bring a suitable carry chair for baby to sit in safely and place on this on the floor whilst you are changing.<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
Parents are advised to wear a baggy T-Shirt in the water for all parent support classes.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
Please do not go through to the poolside more than a couple of minutes before your class is due to start (no earlier). <\/h4>\n\n\n\n
Once you\/you and your children have changed into swim wear, place all of your belongings into a large bag and bring an additional plastic bag for your outdoor shoes, to keep your clothes\/towel clean.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
No one must wear outdoor shoes poolside (this includes adults \/ watching parents). <\/h4>\n\n\n\n
Parents watching, please bring flip-flops to change into if you do not wish to have bare feet poolside – this is to ensure our pool remains clean for our swimmers.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
Bring all of your belongings poolside and place them into the cubby hole storage. This means your belongings are stored poolside whilst you\/ your children are swimming and the changing rooms are clear for the next swimmers arriving.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
When Poolside:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
No one must wear outdoor shoes poolside (this includes adults \/ watching parents). This rule applies to everyone attending our swim school. <\/h4>\n\n\n\n
Once you have placed your bags into the cubby hole storage. Please stand quietly with your swimmer to ensure you do not disturb the class swimming. <\/h4>\n\n\n\n
Please do not allow your children to climb on the poolside or run around, if they find waiting quietly difficult, please wait in the changing rooms.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
Please ensure swim hats and (goggles – if needed) are on and properly adjusted before the class starts. <\/h4>\n\n\n\n
Swimming Hats: Must be worn by all swimmers. Exceptions will be made for children with Special Needs.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
All jewellery including earrings must be removed before class.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
Talcum Powder: Please do not bring talcum powder onto the premises. <\/h4>\n\n\n\n
Toilets: parents must accompany their children to the toilet at all times and ensure it is left flushed and clean for the next user. <\/h4>\n\n\n\n
Parents please do not come to the poolside edge at any time, unless you asked to do so by the class Teacher. Please remain seated at all times. <\/h4>\n\n\n\n
No photography or filming at any time on the premises. Unless agreed with class Teachers at the end of each term when presenting the swim awards.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
After class:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
At the end of class, children will be returned back to parents who will be waiting on the benches that are poolside. Please, do remain seated – your children will come to you.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
Please collect all belongings and take them back to the changing rooms to get dry.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
These reminders are in addition to the full T&C\u2019s<\/a> supplied to you at time of booking and also any verbal instructions provided by our staff that may be required at any time to ensure safety.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
