Our Aqua Challenge Class is a 45 minute class held at our Lee Chapel Pool Location in Basildon and is for swimmers who have achieved at least their Swim England Stage 5 Award and can swim all Four Strokes to Swim England Standards.
The Course will include swimming drills and stroke practice, relays, games, obstacle courses, water safety skills, distance swimming, speed swimming & technique improvement, so that Swim England Stages can still be worked towards during this class.
Great course to keep more advanced swimmers enjoying the pool, practicing and continuing to improve their skills. We encourage a maximum of ten swimmers in this advanced class to enable us to practice water safety skills and team games.
