A large percentage of adults do not have any basic first aid skills, which could help save a friend or loved one.

This course is a two hour, hands on practical basic First Aid training session, run by a qualified First Aider and Lifeguard trainer to give you the knowledge to deal with an emergency if it occurs.

What you will learn:

CPR (for an Adult, Child & Infant)

The Recovery Position

What to do if someone is choking

How to help someone that is experiencing a seizure

How to identify and what to do, if someone is having a stroke

The do’s and dont’s of burns & scolds
