Our Parent and Baby classes are for swimmers who are age three months plus.
Each week a parent joins their baby in the water to help them develop breath control, floating, kicking, grip and water confidence.

Our Teachers instruct all lessons from the poolside so that they have a safe overview of the whole class, this also ensures that the correct practice is being performed safely by everyone at all times.
We are also an Aqua Sensory Advanced Swim School and share the ethos that children & parents need time to develop, learn & explore together at their own pace – the pool is the perfect place!
Please Note: We do not include any forced submersion during our classes. We believe that any submersion should only be performed when baby & parent are both ready.
We have one parent only accompanying their baby each week, this ensures that we do not end up with more adults than babies in the class! You can of course alternate each week so that both parents have the opportunity to enjoy the classes.

You are able to join at any time during a course if space is available and pay only for the remaining classes from that point.

Please note: we have two sets of communal changing rooms, one boys and one girls. The changing rooms do not have private changing cubicles, showers, hairdryers or baby changing tables. What we do have are great swim classes held in a lovely warm pool at a Primary School location. We ask that you bring your own changing mat and carry chair to the pool so that baby is warm, dry and safe whilst you are changing. Full pool H&S information will be sent at time of booking.
During our weekday morning classes, there is no onsite parking available at the School.
